AceShowbiz - Pamela Anderson said goodbye to her breast implants in 1999. It was revealed that she reduced her breasts to achieve a more natural look. The "Baywatch" bombshell removed her silicone breast implants and reduced her breasts from 34D to 34C.
"Just having these large breasts was, it just didn't feel right anymore. I just didn't feel like it looked very good. I was really kind of being self-conscious of it," she told Entertainment Tonight. "There were no medical problems," she added, though she shared that one of them was found to have a leak in it.
