The 'Walk Em Down' rapper announces on Twitter that he's going to 'buy out' his contract and becomes a 'full time herbalist,' one month after he claimed he had helped cure someone of cancer.

AceShowbiz - NLE Choppa is making a huge career shift. The 18-year-old star, who had been pursuing his career in the hip-hop music industry since 2018, is hanging his mic to focus on curing herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia and other STDs.
The "Shotta Flow" MC made his intention to retire from music be known to public via Twitter on Thursday, July 8. Taking to his account on the blue-bird app, he first wrote, "Finna buy out my contract and become full time herbalist. Forget the music stuff about to help my people."
Choppa, whose real name is Bryson Lashun Potts, further explained his goal in a follow-up tweet. "By the end of the year I will have herbs that can cure Herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and even more STDS!!" so he declared.
He even tweeted out a link to the website of his apparent new herbal medicine brand, NLE Health & Wellness. The brand currently offers three different products, Seamoss, NLE Chlorophyll and NLE Detox Tea, which are made special with his personal touch as each comes in a signed edition.
Many, however, were unimpressed with his career change. "chop I respect what you doing, but this sounds low key unlikely," one reacted to his announcement. Another Twitter user commented on his herbal medicine, "This will do nothing."
A third one warned him, "Better stop talking like this before they try to kill u." Someone else urged him to stay in his current lane, tweeting, "focus on making better music."
Choppa's decision to become a full-time herbalist comes one month after he claimed that he had helped cure someone from cancer. The Memphis native claimed at the time that the person was cured after following his advice. "Wow man just was informed I helped cure someone from cancer," he tweeted in June. "This Major To Me [100 emoji] [prayer hands emoji] #ThankGod."
When people doubted his claims, he explained how the patient was cured. "It's funny cause some people think I'm lying, which is understandable but that's nowhere near the case," said Choppa. "Curing disease is simple, it takes a meatless, dairy free, sugar free diet. Implant herbs, Sea mosses, black seed, neem, and other herbs. My mugwort was included in her diet. I don't just sell this items to sell them. I know the impact and what they can do for the mind, body, and spirit. I've healed people of allergic reactions in my own house, helped Unc with diabetes, and now cancer. Beyond blessed we here to help and heal."
