AceShowbiz - Brian Austin Green's latest Instagram post sparked chatter after his ex-wife Megan Fox chimed in through a comment. Some people thought that the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum was dissing Megan with the post which saw him gushing over girlfriend Sharna Burgess, while some others thought that Megan was being petty with her comment.
In the said post, Brian wrote, "It's been a really long time since I've been with someone I can truly share life with," alongside a picture of him and Sharna sharing a kiss at Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. In response to that, Megan left a comment that read, "Grateful for Sharna." Sharna herself subsequently responded to Megan with two white heart emojis.
Some people assumed that despite the sweet interaction, the exes were being shady toward each other. Catching wind of the speculations, Brian took to his Instagram Story to clarify the rumors.
"For people that need or want clarification. Megan and I get along great," the 47-year-old actor said of the "Transformers" actress, with whom he shares three kids together. "Neither of us are sending petty digs to each other. We both work really hard to get along and coparent well for our kids. Now stay safe and spread kindness and love."
Upon learning Brian and Megan's initial interaction, fans thought that Brian's caption was disrespectful for Megan considering that it hadn't been too long since his split from Megan. "Was BAG was being shady or petty… ?(they shared children and many years, obviously at some point they shared a love/ so why publish this. His new lady deserves something real, hopefully he is…️) and meanwhile Megan is seems truly grateful she's moved on," a user opined.
