AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus has won the property lottery after selling her renovated Hidden Hills, California home for a huge profit.
The "Wrecking Ball" star bought the six-bedroom pad for $4.9 million (£3.5 million) last year (20), and she has just sold it for $7.2 million (£5.2 million).
The place sits on one and a quarter acres of land, and features an impressive outdoor entertaining area, screening room, and a recording studio.
Miley never even had to officially put it on the market - her old place sold three months after it featured in Architectural Digest.
She pulled off the flip with a little help from her mum Tish and decor expert Mat Sanders, according to Variety.
However, some other celebrities were not so lucky when they tried to sell their homes amid pandemic.
Pamela Anderson was recently forced to shave nearly $2 million (£1.4 million) off the sale price of her treehouse-style Malibu, California mansion after a buyer backed out of a purchase deal.
She originally listed the rustic spot for $14.9 million (£10.6 million) earlier this year (21) but, when an agreed sale fell through, Pamela slashed the asking price.
Sandra Bullock also had to slash the asking price of her oceanfront estate on Tybee Island, Georgia by over $2 million (£1.4 million).
The "Speed" star first listed the estate for $6.5 million (£4.75 million) in March 2019 but, after failing to sell the property, she reduced the price multiple times and finally let go of the house for a $4.2 million (£3 million).
Kelly Clarkson also reduced almost $2 million (£1.5 million) off the asking price in an effort to sell her Tennessee house quicker. The singer originally put the lake home on the market last year (20) for $8.75 million (£6.4 million) after splitting from husband Brandon Blackstock.
