The Rae Sremmurd member has been forced to call law enforcement after he couldn't find $300,000 of his jewelry when he checked out of the Mondrian Hotel in Miami.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Swae Lee called police after $300,000 (£213,000) of his jewellery apparently went missing when he checked out of his Miami hotel room on Thursday (10Jun21).
The "Sunflower" star is said to have told authorities that he believes that employees at the Mondrian Hotel were responsible for the theft of a bracelet and several chains, citing the fact that the bracelet was apparently turned in by a hotel worker, but the chains remain missing.
According to TMZ.com, detectives at Miami Beach PD are investigating the incident and have spoken to Lee, but have yet to uncover any evidence that hotel employees were involved in the alleged theft.
A spokesperson for the Mondrian told TMZ, "The hotel is working in full cooperation with the police and authorities. As always, the safety and security of our guests and colleagues remains our top priority."
They declined to comment on the specifics of the situation as the investigation is still ongoing.
The alleged theft happened roughly a week after the rapper, real name Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, celebrated his birthday. The Rae Sremmurd member turned 28 on June 7.
On the eve of his birthday, he wrote on Instagram, "Birthday tomorrow. Treating it like an anniversary. I'm more than thankful for everything."
