The Rolling Stones member battled cancer during Covid-19 lockdown last year and now his former wife reveals the diagnosis left his children very worried.

AceShowbiz - Ronnie Wood's second cancer battle was "very worrying" for his family.
The Rolling Stones rocker's ex-wife Jo Wood has admitted that it was a tough time for the whole family when he was diagnosed with small-cell cancer during lockdown, but she is grateful to see him getting better and she admits she is "very proud" of the singer.
"I'm very proud of him," she told Britain's The Sun newspaper. "I think they caught it early as he has a history of cancer in his family. It was very worrying, especially for the kids. But he's much better. He's going to be fine."
Ronnie and Jo have remained close following their split, for the sake of their kids - Jamie, 46, Leah, 42, and Tyrone, 37, Ronnie also has a son Jessie, 44, with first wife Krissy Findlay who died of an accidental overdose in 2005 - and the grandchildren they have together.
"We've got all those grandchildren and children together, so I think it's really important to have a good relationship. We're all a family. It's all good," she added.
Back in April (21), Ronnie revealed he had got an "all-clear" after battling cancer.
"I've had cancer two different ways now," he said. "I had lung cancer in 2017 and I had small-cell more recently that I fought in the last lockdown. I came through with the all-clear."
Ronnie and his wife Sally refused to "dwell on any negatives" during his cancer battle.
Sally - who has four-year-old twins Alice and Gracie with Ronnie - said, "We tried to keep as positive as possible and put our trust in the doctors and followed their instructions and advice."
"We can't thank the doctors enough for everything they did and all the support they gave us."
