The 'You' actor has made headlines for the wrong reason as a woman came forward with allegations that he hit on her and tried to lure her to meet him when she was a minor.

AceShowbiz - Comedian and actor Chris D'Elia has come under fire after several women came forward with stories of sexual misconduct against the star.
D'Elia began trending on Twitter on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 after user Simone Rossi accused the "You" actor of attempting to obtain photos of her and meet up with her in 2014 when she was only 16.
Alongside screen captures of their emails, she penned, "Imagine being 16 and being groomed by a stand up comedian twice ur age and the only reason you never met up and never got physically m*lested was because u had just gotten a boyfriend ur own age (sic)."
The post from Simone, shared under the handle @girlpowertbh, was then picked up by the account @SheRatesDogs, which reposted a number of similar accounts from women.
While the usernames of the accusers, who responded to @SheRatesDogs via direct message, were kept hidden, allegations included D'Elia reportedly exposing himself to a female hotel maintenance assistant, inviting underage fans backstage to "cuddle," and blackmailing people when they wouldn't go along with his demands.
D'Elia has yet to respond to the controversy.
