AceShowbiz - R&B singer Cassie is heartbroken following the death of her beloved grandfather.
The "Me & U" star, who became a first-time mother in December (19), took to Instagram on Saturday, Juni 13, to post a sweet photo of herself and her "Pop" in his memory.
"I wish I could hug you," she captioned the image. "I miss and love you, Pop. I pray that you can feel my heart."
Sharing a message for her relatives, who live on America's East Coast, Los Angeles-based Cassie added, "Sending all of my love to Nana and my entire family. I wish I could be with you guys right now. I love you."
The singer's husband, Alex Fine, also paid tribute by commenting, "Such a great man."
