The suspect was alleged to be using shears to try and cut open the heavy duty chain lock wrapped around the front gate of Pump restaurant in Hollywood on Sunday night, May 24.

AceShowbiz - Reality TV star Lisa Vanderpump has decided not to press charges against a man suspected of attempting to break into her Hollywood restaurant.

Officers from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department descended upon Pump on Sunday night (May 24) after a man was allegedly spotted using shears to try and cut open the heavy duty chain lock wrapped around the venue's front gate.

Cops detained the suspect, but businesswoman Lisa and her husband Ken Todd, who were not on the premises at the time, subsequently declined to pursue charges as no real damage was done, reports TMZ.

Pump has been shuttered since March (20) amid the coronavirus pandemic, which forced the closure of all non-essential businesses to slow the spread of COVID-19.
