The Oasis rocker reveals his health woes where he landed in hospital with serious panic attacks for taking cocaine every night for three years during the height of his career.

AceShowbiz - Oasis rocker Noel Gallagher was left fearing for his life after taking cocaine every night for three years caused him to suffer "brutal panic attacks" and landed him in hospital.

The "Wonderwall" hitmaker previously told Britain's The Independent newspaper that he had completely lost control of himself by 1997 and admitted that he and his brother Liam relied heavily on drugs during the period.

Speaking on Matt Morgan's "Funny How?" podcast, the star revealed he was in the U.S. when he sought medical attention, which eventually spurred him to give up the habit altogether.

"I did have to check into hospital once. Imagine having the psychosis and having to have to go to hospital," he said. "They don't understand a word you're saying because of your accent and you're like 'I think I am on my way out.' "

Noel added, "I had a few brutal panic attacks, which is why I quit."

The admission comes after the star recently claimed he's hit the bottle during the coronavirus lockdown, revealing he's been "panic buying booze" to help him through the public health crisis.

"Now that the pubs are shut the only thing to do now is to drink your way through it," he told Morgan last month, April 2020.
