Despite their romantic relationship status, these former couples have decided to do their best in co-parenting in this trying time by quarantining together. Their past romance apparently doesn't make things less fun as they do so many fun stuff together. That includes celebrating daughter's birthday together, posing in matching pajamas and making TikTok videos.

The pair broke up in October 2019, but the two have maintained to be civil with Kylie tweeting, "Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi !! our friendship and our daughter is priority."

While neither the TV star or the Cleveland Caveliers player ever states that they're getting back together, previous report suggested that Khloe is pregnant with Tristan's child while they are quarantining together. "Khloe and Tristan are together, and they're pregnant," a so-called insider spilled, before adding, "The pregnancy was planned."

"He lives out of state from me and the kids so it was either he isolates on his own and not see the kids for who knows how long or we isolate together," she explained.
