Despite their romantic relationship status, these former couples have decided to do their best in co-parenting in this trying time by quarantining together. Their past romance apparently doesn't make things less fun as they do so many fun stuff together. That includes celebrating daughter's birthday together, posing in matching pajamas and making TikTok videos.

1. Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott
Kylie Jenner and baby daddy Travis Scott (II) are enjoying each other's company during self-quarantine. The on-and-off again couple, who shares daughter Stormi together, practices social distancing together at the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's new Holmby Hills mansion alongside their baby.
Scott even once shared on his social media account an adorable Boomerang clip featuring the cosmetics mogul, indicating that they're doing well while in quarantine. The pair broke up in October 2019, but the two have maintained to be civil with Kylie tweeting, "Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi !! our friendship and our daughter is priority."
2. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore
Former spouses Bruce Willis and Demi Moore turned the self-isolation amid the Coronavirus pandemic into an opportunity to spend time together with their adult daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. Sharing their togetherness was their youngest child, Tallulah, who uploaded an Instagram photo of her parents wrapping their arms around each other. In the photos, the pair donned matching white-and-green striped pajamas.
It is an unusual move in Bruce's part since he's now married to Emma Heming. However, a source revealed that Emma had no problem with the "Live Free or Die Hard" quarantining together with his ex. Eventually, Emma was recently reported to have join Bruce and Demi in quarantine.

Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan made "The Bachelor" fans wonder about the nature of their relationship. The two, who actually had connection before he started filming his season, sparked romance rumors with their flirty interactions online and them quarantining together further fueled the speculations. The pair were spending times making TikTok dance videos together, and most fans were convinced that they are together.
However, Peter said that they're not dating. "Are we dating? No. Do I love spending time with her? Absolutely. We're not dating. Could I see that in the future? Yeah, of course. I'd be extremely lucky and very happy if that happened," he revealed in an interview on Nick Viall's podcast.
4. Ramona and Mario Singer
Ramona Singer and Mario Singer are quarantining together with their daughter Avery in Florida. Ramona told E! News that her ex-husband "very generously invited" her to self-quarantine with him. "We made a little pact with each other, Mario and I, that won't stress each other out and we've been getting along really great and I'm feeling better," she detailed.
In a separate interview, Ramona shared that they stayed out of each other's business despite staying together. "Even though we're all together, we kind of have a routine. We do certain things by ourselves," said the 63-year-old "The Real Housewives of New York City" to Us Weekly.
5. Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron
Another "The Bachelor" couple is staying together amid Coronavirus quarantine. Former "The Bachelorette" star Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron decided to spend time together alongside a group of his friends in Florida. Hannah, who broke Tyler's heart when she chose Jed Wyatt over him, even made an Instagram account called The Quarantine Crew where they specifically shared their fun time together.
However, the self-quarantine may lead to a new romantic relationship. "I am single, I am," she assured fans while answering questions about her love life. "I feel like right now in quarantine's not the best time to try to date, but I feel like I am in a place where I'm ready to do that--to test the waters a little bit. I can date other people that are not on 'The Bachelor'. Y'all are driving me crazy!"
6. Wayne Brady and Mandie Taketa
Wayne Brady and his ex-wife Mandie Taketa are practicing social distancing together for the sake of their child. Additionally, the comedian sparked speculations that he's quarantining together with Mandie and her boyfriend Jason after he was pictured inside a house with them.
The 47-year-old TV host, however, cleared the air about the current situation he's actually in. Calling Mandie his "best friend," Wayne explained that he was quarantining with Mandie, with whom he separated in 2006, but with a twist. "Our quarantining is a little different, we quarantine between both of our homes and I've got a big back yard and lots of land, so we both share this land and this space. Mandie, her boyfriend Jason, my daughter Maile, we are a family, so we're like this new, nuclear family," he shared.
7. Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth
Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth may no longer be in a romantic relationship, but it appears that they still chose to be with each other's company while doing self-quarantine. The exes were spotted hanging out together, sparking speculations that they were staying together amid Coronavirus pandemic.
In a photo that circulated online back in March, the "Honey Boy" actor and the "Suspiria" actress were featured getting cozy on a park bench. Later in April, they were snapped leaving a Los Angeles Petco carrying a sweet black lab. None of Shia nor Mia has confirmed the reports of them quarantining together.
8. Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson
Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson put a united front for daughter True amid Coronavirus outbreak. The former lovers are self-isolating together and even shared on social media how they celebrated True's 2nd birthday together in a "Trolls"-themed birthday.
While neither the TV star or the Cleveland Caveliers player ever states that they're getting back together, previous report suggested that Khloe is pregnant with Tristan's child while they are quarantining together. "Khloe and Tristan are together, and they're pregnant," a so-called insider spilled, before adding, "The pregnancy was planned."
9. Eva Amurri and Kyle Martino
Also isolating together despite split are actress Eva Amurri and former soccer pro Kyle Martino. The pair, who share three children together, announced their split in late 2019 but then decide to stay together the quarantine.
Eva revealed in an Instagram Live that they made the decision for the sake of their kids, Marlowe, Major and Mateo. "He lives out of state from me and the kids so it was either he isolates on his own and not see the kids for who knows how long or we isolate together," she explained. "It was an obvious choice for the kids' sake and his sake."
10. Cara Santana and Jesse Metcalfe
Cara Santana and Jesse Metcalfe are also isolating together while trying to fight COVID-19. Despite their nasty split, the 35-year-old actress and 41-year-old actor shocked fans when they were pictured together at a gas station in Los Angeles earlier this month.
While confirming that "they are cohabitating and quarantining together," a source previously claimed that the two remained friends. "They are definitely not back together. They own a home together and they are quarantined together," the insider said. "Jesse lives in the guest house. They had to make the mature decision to deal with this situation together like many people going through a breakup right now."
