Aside from providing food, the 'Get On Your Feet' singer will join Luis Fonsi in fronting the virtual Altisimo Live Festival benefit concert that benefits farmworkers amid the pandemic.

AceShowbiz - Gloria Estefan is supporting healthcare workers and first responders by providing 500 daily meals for those on the frontlines amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The "Get on Your Feet" star and her husband, Emilio Estefan, are providing food to workers at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Baptist Health South Florida, City of Miami Police Department, Miami Beach Police Department and Miami Beach Fire Rescue in Florida.

According to Entertainment Tonight, food will be prepared, packaged and delivered daily out of Estefan Kitchen in the Miami Design District, seven days a week and for at least the next 30 days.

Gloria has been active in supporting those fighting the coronavirus, and will join Luis Fonsi in fronting the virtual Altisimo Live Festival benefit concert, raising funds for the farmworkers alongside stars including J Balvin, Diane Guerrero and Ana Brenda Contreras.

She also helped her restaurant and hotel staff find employment during the lockdown by linking up with bosses at pharmacy firm CVS/Navarro.

"We're trying to hang on to every employee to try to get through this moment. It's a tough time for all the business owners out there," she said during an appearance on U.S. daytime show "The Talk". "Things will pop back... I think it will take a while... but we'll just get through it. We gotta move forward. That's all we can do."
