The 50-year-old singer previously revealed during an appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' at-home talk show that her impending nuptials - said to have been planned for summer 2020 - had been "affected" by the health crisis, and the couple was having to play things by ear regarding rescheduling.
But a source close to the mother-of-two has now revealed that plans are already in place for an Italian wedding once life gets back to normal.
"It was all planned out and paid for," the insider told Us Weekly. "They obviously had to postpone it due to coronavirus, but J.Lo wants to marry A-Rod shortly after things go back to normal."
"She wants to marry him and celebrate their love in front of her family and close friends."
It will be Jennifer's fourth time down the aisle. She was previously married to waiter Ojani Noa, dancer Cris Judd, and singer Marc Anthony - the father of her 12-year-old twins Max and Emme.
