AceShowbiz - Meek Mill appeared to refuse being involved in another drama with Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty. After caught liking an Instagram post about Kenneth's arrest for not registering as sex offender after moving from New York to California in 2019, the rapper denies throwing shade at the couple.

Taking to his Twitter account on Wednesday, Meek addressed the speculations. Without name-dropping anyone, the "Going Bad" spitter wrote to his online followers, "You won't never see me liking something about somebody catching a case I just wouldn't say nothing! End of that."

People, however, didn't buy his words because the screenshot of his social media activity clearly showed otherwise. "But you DID like it Meek," one fan insisted. Not convinced by the rapper's tweet, someone else asked, "Then who liked it then meek???"

The Shade Room previously suggested that Meek peeped the news about the latest legal trouble involving Nicki's husband by liking an Instagram post about the news. His action prompted people to jokingly call him "petty."

"Next to drake and [50 Cent], meek petty levels are in the conversation fasho," one fan commented. Another fan suggested that Meek is "still in love with her, period," with someone adding, "He is obviously hurt that he lost thee QUEEN."

The LAPD officers found out that Kenneth's a registered sex offender in New York state but had not registered in his new home state of California when he got pulled over in Beverly Hills in November last year. He was allegedly detained after turning himself in but has since been released on a $20,000 bond. He is facing up to 10 years in prison if convicted on the federal charge for failing to register.

Kenneth Petty is a level two registered sex offender in New York, which means he's a "moderate risk of repeat offense." He was convicted of first-degree attempted rape in 1995. He served almost 4 years in New York state prison and was required to register as a sex offender when he's released.
