The journalist and broadcaster, who appeared on the news channel for two decades, died on Tuesday, March 03.

"My dear partner of 25 years of marriage has cut her earthly bonds and is now in peace," her husband John Brimelow said in a statement.

Bobbie was an original CNN Headline News anchor when the network launched in 1981. She also fronted shows like "TalkBack Live".
