Before the promo of upcoming season 4 of the WE tv series ends, fans are glimpsed with the current state of Mama June who doesn't look great as her front teeth is seemingly rotting.

AceShowbiz - "Mama June: From Not to Hot | Family Crisis" returns with more drama. In a new trailer for season 4 of the WE tv show, June Shannon a.k.a. Mama June can be seen being brought back into the family after months of dealing with the law following her and boyfriend Edward "Geno" Doak's drugs-related arrest.
The dramatic clip opens with the flashback of June and Geno being arrested back in March 2019 for drug possesion and an alleged altercation. The pair pleaded not guilty in October but that doesn't make June's daughter Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson) regain her trust for her mom.
"I don't even know who she is anymore," Honey Boo Boo admits as someone adds in voiceover, "Geno's got such a hold on her." Meanwhile, June's 20-year-old daughter Pumpkin (Lauryn Shannon) doesn't hold back when it comes to blasting her mom's boyfriend whom she dubs "a piece of s**t." She adds to the camera, "I don't think Mama really understands that everything she does affects all of us too."
Later in the trailer, "Marriage Boot Camp" psychiatrist Dr. Ish Major is making an intervention to Mama June as he tries to convince Honey Boo Boo that her mom loves her. As if that isn't dramatic enough, Jennifer, the current wife of Mama June's ex Sugar Bear (Mike Thompson), is seeking for full custody of Honey Boo Boo since she doesn't think that Pumpkin is capable to take care of the 14-year-old.
Before the clip ends, fans are glimpsed with the current state of Mama June. She doesn't look great as her front teeth is seemingly rotting. Making her look messier is her unkept hair. She is getting emotional when she opens the door where Pumpkin is waiting.
"No one knows what the real story is," June says to the camera while holding back her tears.
"Mama June: Family Crisis" returns on Friday, March 27 at 9 P.M. on WE tv.
