The 91-year-old actor who was well known for his appearances on 'The Twilight Zone' passed away after being struck by a vehicle in Los Angeles while crossing the street.

AceShowbiz - Veteran actor Orson Bean has died after being struck by a vehicle in Los Angeles on Friday night, February 7, 2020.
The star, who became well known known in the 1950s and 1960s for appearances on "The Twilight Zone" and later as a panelist on TV game shows including "To Tell the Truth", was reportedly struck by a vehicle while crossing a street in Venice. He was 91.
According to FOX 11 of Los Angeles, law enforcement sources confirmed the star was pronounced dead at the scene.
KNBC-TV of Los Angeles later reported Bean had been hit by "multiple vehicles" while trying to cross Venice Boulevard, adding that a driver believed to have struck Bean attempted to aid the actor after he was hit.
The actor continued to make guest TV appearances into his 80s, with roles on shows including "Hot in Cleveland" and "Modern Family".
He is survived by his third wife, actress Alley Mills.
