The denial comes after the media mogul set the record straight on claims that she had been advising the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on their decision to step back from royal duties.

AceShowbiz - Oprah Winfrey has denied planning a tell-all interview with Britain's Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex following their shock announcement that they're "stepping back" from their duties as senior royals.
Last week (ends January 12), the couple revealed the news, with royal officials and Queen Elizabeth II reportedly kept out of the loop until just before they went public.
While the Queen has since issued a rare statement insisting, "Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working Members of the Royal Family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life," the decision has still proven controversial.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Oprah - who is close to the couple and is working alongside Harry to co-create and co-executive produce and Apple TV+ documentary series on mental health - was plotting to stage a broadcast interview with the couple. However, Nicole Nichols, chief spokesperson for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), denied the claims and insisted the media mogul is "not in discussion for an interview" with Harry and Meghan.
However, according to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, a royal source claimed, "Harry and Meghan's people have been reaching out to all the big U.S. networks to explore the possibilities of a sit-down warts-and-all interview," and the couple is said to have approached TV networks ABC, NBC and CBS about the project.
Oprah previously denied advising the royals on their latest move, insisting in a statement last week, "Meghan and Harry do not need my help in figuring out what's best for them. I care about them both and support whatever decisions they make for their family."
