When met at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour event for NBC, the 'This Is Us' actor offers update on his mental health as he goes through split from wife Chrishell Stause.

AceShowbiz - Actor Justin Hartley has reflected on the importance of self-care amid his ongoing divorce from estranged wife Chrishell Stause.
The 42-year-old "This Is Us" actor announced he had split from his ex in November (19) and, speaking at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour event for NBC on Saturday (January 11), he insisted he's "doing great".
"I got into that a long time ago actually, self-care. It's good to do, right?" he confessed.
Explaining how he maintains his mental health alongside his busy work schedule, the star continued: "We've got hectic lives and everyone's busy and we're rushing all over the place, and we're trying to occupy space and time and get to the next thing."
"You have to slow down once in a while and realise where you are and appreciate what you've done and reflect a little bit, and be like, 'What's going on here?' And make sure you're OK. Surround yourself with good people. That's a good thing to do as well."
Despite reportedly calling time on their romantic relationship last July, Justin and Chrishell have been spotted together since, suggesting they are still on friendly terms. The former couple has no kids together.
