After a year of dating, the former wrestling star is taking her relationship with the 'Dancing with the Stars' pro dancer to the next level as she says to his proposal.

AceShowbiz - Former wrestling star Nikki Bella is engaged to professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev.
The couple first met back in 2017, when the celebrities were paired together for U.S. reality show "Dancing with the Stars", but they only went public with their relationship early last year, following Bella's split from ex-fiance John Cena in April, 2018.
And now the loved-up pair is preparing to become husband and wife.
The "Total Bellas" star, who recently retired from the ring, shared the news with fans on Friday, January 3, 2020, revealing they have been secretly engaged for weeks.
"Excited for 2020 and the next decade with you @theartemc," Bella captioned two photos of the couple, including one in which she shows off her diamond ring.
"I said yes in France in November! We have been trying to keep it a secret but really wanted to share our excitement for the New Year!"
Chigvintsev also announced the news on his Instagram page, thanking his bride-to-be for waltzing into his life.
"You are the best thing that has ever happened to me," he gushed. "So excited for what's to come I love you more than anything and thank you for saying Yes (sic)."
Bella and Cena dated for almost six years, but called off their wedding plans weeks before they were due to tie the knot after the action man made it clear he didn't want to have children.
