The engagement isn't the only happy things that Danielle has in 2019 as back in November, the 'Orange Is the New Black' star announced that she had given birth to a baby girl.

AceShowbiz - "Orange Is the New Black" star Danielle Brooks is ending 2019 with a bang. On New Year's Eve, the actress revealed to her Instagram followers that she's been engaged to boyfriend Dennis Gelin, with whom she shares a daughter together.
Danielle flaunted her brand-new piece of bling in a picture that she shared on the photo-sharing site. In the photo, Danielle was seen embracing her fiance while donning a sparkling red gown as she flashed a beautiful smile at the love of her life.
"I never thought one of the best days of my year would happen the last week of the year," the star expressed her happiness in the caption. "I get to marry my best friend. We're ENGAGED!!"
She continued, "So excited to become your wife. D&D until the end." Additionally, she posted a clip of her dancing with Dennis at the bash.
Friends and fans were congratulating the newly-engaged star in the comment section. "Ayyyyye! I know the feelin. Blessings to you and your fianceeeee!" This Is Us" star Susan Kelechi Watson wrote. Amber Riley said, "congratulations friend," while Gabrielle Union leaving nine red heart emojis. Janelle Monae also shared her excitement in a comment.
The engagement isn't the only happy things that Danielle has in 2019. Back in November, she announced that she had given birth to a baby girl. "11.16.19. She's perfect," so she captioned a snap of her newborn baby.
Danielle first announced her pregnancy in July. she revealed she's five months along with her first child while posting a picture of herself holding her belly and a pregnancy kit on social media. "When one chapter ends, another begins. Super excited to share with you my new beginning... Counting my blessings," so she wrote.
