AceShowbiz - A TV adaptation of the horror comic "Locke & Key" is finally set to air on Netflix after almost a decade in development.
Written by Stephen King's son, Joe Hill, and Gabriel Rodriguez, the series will be produced by "The Haunting of Hill House" 's Meredith Averill.
The story centres on the members of the Locke family, who move into their ancestral home, Keyhouse, following the gruesome murder of their father, and discover a range of magic keys connected to his death.
The small screen venture was initially set to air on FOX during the 2010-2011 television season but was ultimately scrapped. Bosses at Universal then nabbed the rights before the project was dropped yet again.
