Accused of attacking his girlfriend during a physical altercation at his Hollywood home, the 'K.C. Undercover' actor has been released from custody on $100,000 bail.

AceShowbiz - Disney actor Chris Tavarez is facing a stint behind bars after Los Angeles prosecutors officially charged him with felony domestic violence.
The "K.C. Undercover" star stands accused of attacking his girlfriend during a physical altercation at his Hollywood home earlier this month (November 2019), when he allegedly put his hands around her throat and headbutted her, leaving her with a concussion.
Now authorities at the L.A. District Attorney's Office have formally filed their case against Tavarez, who has been slapped with one felony count of injuring a spouse or girlfriend after a prior conviction.
He previously had a run-in with the law in 2018, according to The Blast.
Tavarez is due to be arraigned on the charge in the coming weeks, and if convicted, the 27-year-old could be sentenced to several months in prison.
He is currently free on $100,000 (£77,500) bail, and has been ordered to stay away from his girlfriend after she obtained a temporary restraining order against the actor.
His representative has yet to comment on the legal trouble.
