AceShowbiz - Not all celebrities have the confidence to admit going under the knife to enhance their look. However, Deelishis is an exception because she did just that after giving her devotees a hard time recognizing her in a new picture shared on Instagram.

It all started after her boyfriend, Raymond Santana, dubbed her his Woman Crush Everyday on his Instagram account, posting a mirror selfie of the "Flavor of Love" star. "When she sees the vision... she will go harder for you...then your friends and associates... thats why shes my #WCE," he gushed over her in the caption of the post.

But it looked some people couldn't recognize Deelishis because she looked so different than her appearance on the VH1 show. One user asked, "What that's Deelishis? Why does she look like a completely different person from what she did on#FlavorofLove." The 40-year-old beauty apparently caught wind of the comment and immediately came back with a response, typing in all caps, "I GOT MY FACE DONE."

Reading her comment, some users praised Deelishis for getting real about her cosmetic procedure as it was such a rare thing to see in the industry. "At least she's honest!!! Because something definitely changed," one wrote. "Dang she finally admitted it good investment by the way because she looks amazing," another said, with one other person adding, "Lol... at least she keeping it G. She's always been pretty though."

Some others, meanwhile, still called her out because they believed she got her skin bleached. "And dipped ya skin in mayonnaise," one person quipped, as another said, "And bleached df outta skin." There was also one who noted, "Don't forget ya RACE too."

Deelishis had been accused of plastic surgery for some time. However, she previously debunked the rumors and insisted that her different look was caused by makeup.
