AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber has reached a settlement with the paparazzo suing him for the improper use of a photo.
Robert Barbera has informed the court he is dismissing his lawsuit against the pop star, just five days after filing papers in a New York court, accusing the "Baby" singer of copyright infringement.
The snapper claimed Bieber had no right to post the photo he shot of the pop singer and a friend on social media, adding: "Defendants ran the Photograph on the Website. The Website received 3,905,147 likes. Defendants did not license the Photograph from Plaintiff for its Website, nor did Defendants have Plaintiff's permission or consent to publish the Photograph on its Website."
In his suit, obtained by The Blast, Barbera demanded Bieber hand over the profits he made by using the photo. He also wanted an injunction against the singer from using his work, and punitive damages.
