When stopping by 'Good Morning America' to promote 'Black and Blue', the 'Moonlight' actress reveals the main obstacle laying before the James Bond spin-off film.

AceShowbiz - Actress Naomie Harris is pushing James Bond boss Barbara Broccoli to get behind a stand-alone "Miss Moneypenny" movie.

The Brit has portrayed 007's all-action sidekick in the last two Bond films, and she's reprising the character for "No Time to Die", but she'd really like to take the lead in a new film all about Moneypenny.

The Brit's "Moonlight" director, Barry Jenkins, wants to take charge of the film and Naomie reveals she has approached producer Broccoli with the idea.

"I'm all for (it)," she tells "Good Morning America". "I got together with Barbara Broccoli, our producer, and I was like, 'Let's make this happen', but she wasn't so down for it."

"Maybe one day, who knows. The conversation has started at least."
