However, before they are given the title, the two actually started off as longtime good friends who often showed support to each other in their ventures. It wasn't until 2012 that Kim and Kanye sparked dating rumors, when the latter admitted to falling in love with the reality TV star on his song "Cold".
Despite the public declaration, Kim insisted that the two were just friends and stayed coy about their blossoming love at the point. "I mean just 'cause I'm seen with someone, does that automatically mean that's my boyfriend?" she said. Funnily enough, just months after denying, Kim later went public with their relationship through a sweet tweet bragging about her then-boyfriend. Kim and Kanye are now married and share four children together.
