The singer, who appeared on the sixth season of "American Idol", appeared in court on Friday, September 13 after a warrant for her arrest had been issued, and she was immediately taken into custody, according to The Blast.

She is due back in court on November 21 for sentencing.

Barba's latest legal issues come after her probation officer accused the reality star of violating the terms of her release.

Last month, she pleaded guilty to a charge relating to possessing and distributing fentanyl. The reality star reached a plea deal with prosecutors. She is facing 10 years in prison, a hefty fine, and five years of supervised probation.

According to the indictment, Barba was caught attempting to deliver fentanyl on the day of her arrest. She also had an additional 400 grams of a "mixture or substance" containing a detectable amount of fentanyl.
