Fans of the 'MEGATRON' rapress are clearly not happy upon knowing that, considering that Kenneth, a conficted felon and a registered sex offender, has criminal records with him.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj's romance with fiance Kenneth Petty gets mixed reactions from fans and the rapper's latest Instagram Live broadcast seemingly gives more reason for people who are against the "MEGATRON" star dating him to blast Kenneth. During the broadcast, he was seen flashing a gun for everyone to see.

Nicki recently went on Instagram Live to get closer to her fans. Kenneth later joined her as they flaunted PDAs in front of the camera. However, one thing that caught people's attention was that the convincted felon had a gun on his jeans pocket. Fans were clearly not happy upon knowing that, considering that Kenneth has criminal records with him.

"SIS .@NICKIMINAJ?! After countless mass shootings this summer, you let him walk into a live with your kindergarten fans watching with a gun in his pocket?! Are you DUMB?!" one fan angrily questioned. "WHY WOULD DUDE HAVE A GUN IN HIS POCKET AND BE ON LIVE WHEN DUDE IS A WHOLE FELON???? MR AND MRS PETTY GOTTA BE STUPID AS F**K!" said another fan.

"Nicki Minaj boyfriend just gives me cornball. Like y'all inside you got to walk around with a gun in your pocket," added another Twitter user.

The reaction was pretty understandable. Kenneth was previously convincted for first-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of a man in 2002. He then served seven years in prison after pleading guilty to the charges and was on supervised released until last year. Additionally, he is a level two registered sex offender in New York and will be required to register as a sex offender for life. He was also a well known NY gangster for years.

Despite his controversial past, Nicki has always been defending her man. The "Anaconda" raptress also hinted that they had taken their relationship to the next level. "We filed for the marriage license and we still had to pick it up and I was travelling, by the time I came back, we had to renew it again," she said in an August episode of her Queen Radio show. "From that time, you have 90 days to get married. That was about a week ago, so now I have about 80 days. I'll be married before my album comes out, but will have my wedding after the album comes out."
