AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian has once again sparked a speculation that she's got under the knife to enhance her look. The reality TV star shared new photos on Instagram on Wednesday, September 4, showing her rocking her newly touched-up platinum hair and House of CB's "Frangelica" corset that accentuated her curves.

But it's not her new do or her enviable physique that got the Internet talking. Her followers were confused as she looked unrecognizable in those pictures, with some accusing her of allegedly getting plastic surgeries to make her face look "different."

"What happened to your face. It looks soooo different," one confused follower asked. A disappointed fan commented, "You used to be my favorite , but not anymore. How you going to have a show about self love and loving your self when you've completely changed(I'm sorry, brought) a whole body and face.. girl bye you didn't love yourself so don't try to teach someone else too.. better off just to tell everyone if you have money then just buy a new body."

Another shared a positive advice to the mother of one, "Oh Khloe.....I think you're such an inspirational and strong woman. I just don't understand why you feel the need for so much work on your face. Take the inspirational quotes that you post in your story to heart and learn to love yourself completely. We all struggle with it for sure."

Another told the 35-year-old TV personality and author, "Whatever your doing to your face, stop right there. You were perfectly fine before." Someone else slammed Khloe, believing that she's got too many surgeries, "Sis you're 2 surgeries away from the Donatella face."

Khloe has not responded to the plastic surgery claims. She previously turned off the comment on her August 28 Instagram post after Internet users trolled her for showing insanely huge lips. Some people accused her of getting "too much filler" after a visit to a West Hollywood beauty clinic, though she claimed in the caption that she only got treatment for her skin.
