A photo of the 'Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood' star before she went under the knife has also surfaced online, showing her sitting on the 'Smack That' rapper's lap.

AceShowbiz - It appears Akon loves his wife so much that he's willing to spend a lot of money for her. Rumor has it, the African rapper even paid for Tricia Ana's plastic surgery that allegedly cost around $1 million because he wanted to give her the best treatment.

A source who claimed to be close to Akon told MTO News that the "Smack That" rapper "made sure that everything she had was top of the line - including whatever surgeries she had," with the gossip site alleging that she had undergone a total makeover with that money.

In addition to that, MTO News obtained a photo of Tricia before she went under the knife. In the photo that was allegedly taken back in 2017, the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" beauty was seen sitting on Akon's lap in a colorful patterned dress. Compared to her current look, Tricia appeared to her smaller lips and nose in the photo.

It remains unknown whether or not the rumors are true.

Tricia is one of Akon's seven wives, having married him in a private ceremony in Africa years ago. The couple recently made their debut in the new season of "LHH: Hollywood", on which they were introduced after the rapper attended a record label meeting. Tricia was seen questioning his current relationship with supermodel Slick Woods, to which the rapper tried to explain to her that he was in a perfectly happy relationship. However, she wasn't buying it as saying, "[Slick Woods] isn't your type."

Their appearance, unfortunately, was not well received by viewers, mostly because Tricia's voice left a bad impression on them. "Tricia Ana sounds slow and looks like a blow-up doll," a comment read. One other wrote, "Tricia Ana looks and sounds like she's reading a script in the confessional. Her slowness is going to drive me to sleep."
