Beyonce Knowles Lays Bare Weight Before Going on 22-Day Diet for 2018 Coachella

In a new video posted to her YouTube channel, the 'Halo' singer details her journey in exercising Marco Borges' organic, plant-based food plan in order to get fit for her performance.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles was 175 pounds (80 kilograms) when she committed to a 44-day diet ahead of her dazzling Coachella 2018 festival performance.

In a new video posted to her YouTube account on Wednesday, July 24, the "Halo" singer revealed she was struggling to lose baby weight after giving birth to twins Sir and Rumi and decided to try exercise physiologist Marco Borges' organic, plant-based food plan 22 Days Nutrition.

In the promo, Beyonce details her meal planner and offers up access to tools and recipes "that empower everyone to become their healthiest self through proper nutrition."

Beyonce first attempted Borges' vegan diet plan in late 2013 and explained at the time, "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."

Earlier this year, the singer offered up free tickets to her shows for the next 30 years for one lucky fan who was willing to commit to a plant-based lifestyle.
