Having been married to the Victoria's Secret Angel for over a year and shared a daughter together, the New York Giants wide receiver spills on their 'kind of crazy' encounter in 2016.

AceShowbiz - American football star Sterling Shepard had no idea who his future wife Chanel Iman was when he first met the model.
The NFL (National Football League) player wed the Victoria's Secret beauty last year (2018) , but the 26-year-old admits he didn't recognise Iman when he first spotted her at a party in 2016.
"When I was younger, I'd see her in the Victoria's Secret magazines that my sisters were getting, but it didn't really come to me (at the party)," he told Haute Living. "When she walked into the room, one of my boys was like, 'You know who that is?' and I was like, 'No'."
The New York Giants athlete recalls his friends were keen to chat up the stunner, but he convinced them to give him a chance with her first.
"I approached her and asked her if she wanted a drink, and we were just talking for the rest of the party, and then we went to some club for the afterparty and kept talking," he said. "I got her number, and we went our own separate ways, but we stayed in contact."
"It was kind of crazy," Shepard added. "And now that's my lady."
The couple welcomed baby daughter Cali last August (2018), and becoming a family has been the icing on the cake for the sportsman.
"To be honest, it's something I've always envisioned," he shared. "I've always been a family type of person. I am very young, but this is just the path that I've found my life going on... and it's something I've been looking forward to my whole life."
