AceShowbiz - One year after XXXTENTACION's death, his mother finds herself at odds with the hospital where the rapper was pronounced dead. It's reported that the hospital asks the late singer's mom to pay a $10,000 bill.

According to The Blast, North Broward Medical Center has filed a claim against XXXTENTACION's estate, which is run by his mother Cleopatra Bernard, to pay $10,417.26 for services they provided. They demand the payment be made ASAP, but XXXTENTACION's mom has not responded to the claim.

XXXTENTACION, whose real name was Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy, was shot in a robbery outside an auto shop in Deerfield Beach, Florida on June 18, 2018. He was rushed to North Broward Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. He left behind a girlfriend, Jenesis Sanchez, who was pregnant with their child at the time. The baby, a son, was born on January 26 this year, three days after what would have been XXXTENTACION's 21st birthday. He's named Gekyume Onfroy.

XXXTENTACION's estate has been dealing with a lot of legal issues. Most recently, the "Look at Me" hitmaker's mom was slapped with a petition filed by her son's former friend/music producer James H. Duval (a.k.a. Jimmy Duval) and Stache Records, who claimed that they are owed $1 million.

They argued the funds were related to "royalties, contribution, breach of contract/copyright infringement regarding the production marketing and distribution" of XXXTENTACION's 2015 debut single "Look at Me", which Duval co-wrote and produced.

Bernard, however, is objecting to the claim, indicating her belief that estate officials don't owe them anything. She has requested that the petition is dismissed. A ruling on the matter has yet to be made.

Bernard is also facing XXXTENTACION's baby mama in court over Sanchez's request for a DNA test to determine the parentage of her son, although no one has contested the child's paternity. XXXTENTACION's mom is fighting Sanchez's motion, and has asked court officials to have her case dismissed.
