AceShowbiz - Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's photo at Buckingham Palace has given Jordan Peele an inspiration for his next horror film. The photo of the couple staring out the window of the iconic building during President Donald Trump's visit to the United Kingdom has creeped out many people and the Academy Award-nominated director agreed.
The "Get Out" writer/director took notice of the much-talked-about picture after a Twitter user mentioned him in the comment, "Yo Jordan Peele bro we don't want this movie okay." Jokingly ignoring the plea, Peele instead said that Ivanka and Jared's photo just gave him an idea for a new movie. "Between this and that terrifying sorority video, I've been getting a lot of great inspiration recently," so he responded.
Someone responded to the quip, "Don't need Jordan for this one. These creeps' story writes itself." Another user described the photo of the couple, "It's like The Shining only way scarier." Someone else compared it to another horror movie, "Damn, they are remaking The Omen now?" Others said the photo reminded them of "Flowers in the Attic".
Another person took aim at Ivanka's white outfit, which almost looked like the curtain. "Is she the curtains?" the said user wrote. Someone else similarly wrote, "But where does the curtain end and her dress begin?"
Ivanka and her husband Jared joined her father Donald Trump and First Lady Melania during a trip to London. They were greeted by Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and wife Camilla at Buckingham Palace on Monday, June 3. Later in the evening, Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prime Minister Theresa May joined the British royals and the U.S. president's family at the State Banquet.
President Trump is set to be in the United Kingdom for three days.
