AceShowbiz - Meghan Markle apparently has upgraded her engagement ring. Fans noticed that the Duchess of Sussex's stunning diamond engagement ring was seemingly bigger in a new Instagram photo.

The wife of Prince Harry recently modeled a "love like a mother" T-shirt for her close friend Kelly Zajfen's charity, Alliance of Moms. The 42-year-old could be seen sharing a laugh with Kelly and Abigail Spencer while pairing the tee with denim pants. The trio simply let their wavy locks fall for the candid photos.

Internet sleuths, however, were more focused on the sparkle that Meghan wore in the pictures. "Is it just me or has #MeghanMarkle's engagement ring doubled in size?" one person asked on X, formerly known as Twitter. Another user pointed out, "I've been saying she took wedding ring off to slowly change the size of the diamond. It wasn't big enough for her."

On user, however, disagreed, saying, "It looks the same to me. It's the lighting and she's wearing other rings with it." Another person, meanwhile, said, "A lot of women have their diamonds upgraded. This is not news."

It should be noted that no change was seen when Meghan wore her engagement ring at a SXSW panel in March and a charity polo match in April. On the other hand, jewelry expert Maxwell Stone of Steven Stone Jewelers told Page Six, "[it's] nearly impossible to discern any changes from the available photo."

Maxwell added, "It could be a trick of the light, or because Meghan hasn't been wearing her ring as frequently in recent months, it could just be standing out more when she does wear it."

Should Meghan really double the size of the diamond, it would not be the first time she upgraded her ring. The former star of "Suits" traded the style's original thick yellow gold band for a skinny pave design in June 2019.
