Attorney Joe Tacopina plans to launch a lawsuit against the Las Vegas hotel if they refuse to issue an apology to the 'Going Bad' rapper for denying him of entry and threatening him with arrest.

AceShowbiz - Meek Mill's lawyer is urging managers at the Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas to produce proof that his client was once involved in a fight there.

The hotel bosses claim they denied the rapper a suite there over the weekend because he had been involved in an altercation on the premises, but Joe Tacopina tells TMZ that's not the case and he's still planning to sue them for discrimination.

"The racist hole that they have dug for themselves has just gotten deeper," he says. "When this incident unfolded, the chief security guard could not articulate a reason why Meek was denied entry and threatened with arrest. They've now come up with some fabricated claim through an anonymous source that Meek was involved in a fight on their property..."

"Meek Mill was never involved in a fight on their property, ever and I challenge the Cosmopolitan to produce a video of such altercation or a contemporaneous incident report. The legal case against the Cosmopolitan just got stronger."

The rap star was ordered to stay in his car and then drive away or face arrested as he arrived there on Saturday.

Tacopina previously told the outlet his client is on a long list of African-American rappers who have been blacklisted from certain Las Vegas hotels.

He has threatened hotel bosses with a lawsuit unless they apologise.

A source at the hotel now claims Meek Mill once fought with security guards.
