AceShowbiz - Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is always proud of his washboard abs, but he has just made a stunning revelation that he needs extra help to maintain them. In a sneak peek for upcoming Friday (May 17) episode of "The Doctors", the MTV reality TV star admits that he recently went under the knife to preserve his six-pack.

Ronnie says he decided to get liposuction on his stomach because he doesn't have enough time to work out following the birth of his daughter Ariana. "I've always been a workout fanatic, and I've also always been in shape, but it takes a lot of hard work to stay in shape," he explains in the clip. "One year ago today my life completely changed. I had a little baby girl. She's like my guardian angel, and now I can’t spend two to three hours every day in the gym like I used to. Gym, tan, laundry for me is now gym, tan, diapers."

Ronnie meets with Dr. Christopher Khorsandi, the plastic surgeon who will perform his liposuction. "We're going to do something today for Ronnie that wasn't even available ten years ago," the doctor explains the procedure. "This is laser high-definition liposuction of the abdomen. We're going to be able to get that area in between each of his abs completely defined, so that he actually has a six-pack for many, many years to come."

The effects of the procedure, which costs between $20,000 to $30,000, are long lasting, as long as Ronnie sticks to a healthy diet. The four-and-a-half-hour surgery, however, comes with a tough recovery as he tells the show's host Dr. Travis Stork after the surgery, "I'm feeling like complete crap. It has not been a good experience." He only takes Advil to manage the pain after going to rehab last February.

While Ronnie is going to open up about his plastic surgery, his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Jen Harley has been arrested for domestic battery against him in January. E! News reports that Jen was taken into custody on Thursday, May 16 at 3:05 A.M. in Las Vegas. Her bail is set at $3,000, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department website confirms on its website.

The "Jersey Shore" star filed a police report against his on-and-off girlfriend following an alleged violent altercation during a New Year's Eve party. They reportedly got into a heated argument at the Las Vegas strip club Hustler, and she "lunged" at Ronnie when he tried to leave the club. A source said she also threw an ashtray at Ronnie, "busting his nose and lip." Ronnie filed the police report because he wanted to "protect his daughter," the source claimed.
