Offering an update on her well being two weeks after suffering a miscarriage, Hilaria Baldwin shares in a lengthy post that she believes her 'little one left positivity in it's short life'.

AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin's wife has assured fans she is "doing well", two weeks after suffering a miscarriage.
Fitness guru Hilaria Baldwin has been keeping Instagram followers updated on the journey she has endured with her fifth pregnancy, after doctors warned her the embryo might not survive past the first trimester, due to a weak heartbeat.
Five days after going public with the sad news, Hilaria's miscarriage was confirmed, and she underwent a dilation and curettage procedure to clear her uterus of the dead tissue.
Now the yoga instructor is reflecting on the rough time, insisting she is feeling good once again.
"Since so many of you have been asking, I want to tell you that I am doing well," Hilaria began. "It has been 2 weeks since the d&c and I am physically starting to feel like myself again. Emotionally I am ok too... when we choose to become parents, we take a big risk with our hearts. Never do we love so intensely - and this is scary, but so worth it."
The post was accompanied by an early ultrasound of the baby to explain how much of an impact the baby had had on her life in such a short space of time.
"This time, when I opened my heart up to another baby, he or she didn't stay very long," she shared. "But I love this little soul deeply and wholly. We all have a purpose in life, and I believe my little one left positivity in (its) short life."
"Creating a positive from a negative, this little flicker of life left (its) mark," Hilaria continued. "This is an issue that so many suffer with in silence... because those are the rules we follow."
She's happy the attention her own story garnered has helped to create a "community" for others to turn to in their time of need.
"I came forward to share and create a spark... please help me turn this spark into a lasting flame," she concluded. "I want to share this because I feel like this little soul was mighty in the wave it provoked."
Hilaria and Alec are already parents to daughter Carmen, five, and sons Rafael, three, two-year-old Leonardo, and Romeo, 11 months, while the actor is also dad to 23-year-old model Ireland Baldwin.
