Tyrell Williams, who sued the 'Norbit' actor for punching his face and knocking his phone in 2016, has been granted a default judgement since the actor has never responded to his lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - Embattled comedian Katt Williams has been ordered to pay a fan $25,000 (£19,000) for allegedly punching him in the face.
Tyrell Williams filed a lawsuit against the funnyman in 2016 in which he claimed he was assaulted by Katt shortly after he was caught taking a photo of the "Norbit" actor at an afterparty following one of the star's stand-up shows. In the documents, Tyrell claimed the comedian "suddenly and without warning" knocked his phone out of his hand and punched him in the face three times.
The plaintiff, who claimed he suffered injuries and mental pain, sued for unspecified damages, but Katt never responded to the suit, and a judge subsequently granted a default judgement in Tyrell's favour in October (18).
According to The Blast, Katt, 47, has now been ordered to pay $25,000 and Tyrell has already filed documents to begin the process of seizing Katt's assets to collect that money.
