AceShowbiz - Australian actress Samara Weaving is engaged to marry her boyfriend.
The "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" star revealed that she had accepted creative producer Jimmy Warden's proposal in a post on Instagram on Sunday, March 10. She shared a slideshow which featured selfies of the couple, photos of Samara just after she put the ring on and a close-up of the diamond and sapphire sparkler.
"So here goes! Jimbo and I are engaged!! Let's party my loved ones!! P.S you know you're loved when you can eat a ham and cheese toastie in bed and your fiance says that's beautiful," the 27-year-old wrote in the caption.
Samara's celebrity pals took to the comments section to send their congratulations, with British popstar Dua Lipa writing, "Gaaaaah so happy for you both!!!! Let the celebrations begin!! Love love you (heart emojis)." "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland simply wrote, "PARTAYYYYYY" and fellow Australian Teresa Palmer added, "THE BEST."
Samara, who is the niece of actor Hugo Weaving, shot to fame Down Under playing Indigo Walker on soap opera "Home and Away" from 2009 to 2013, before finding success in America with movies such as "The Babysitter", miniseries "Picnic at Hanging Rock" and TV comedy "SMILF".
The show will come to an end after its current second season following allegations of misconduct against creator Frankie Shaw. Samara claimed she pressured her into filming a nude scene, despite the no-nudity clause in her contract.
