The Trinidadian female emcee is forced to cancel her show in Bordeaux, France due to technical difficulties.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj fans in Bordeaux, France were not too happy when the rapper canceled her scheduled show at last minute on Saturday night, March 9. Many of them were apparently so pissed off that they started chanting her nemesis Cardi B's name while walking through towards the exit.

Several videos of the moment have surfaced online, showing the crowd's reaction when they were notified that the show was canceled. Some of them expressed their disappointment by throwing their middle fingers in the stage's direction, while the others screamed the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker's name in an obvious attempt to spite Nicki. As many might have already known, the female emcees infamously got into a fight during New York Fashion Week last year.

Nicki herself has addressed the cancellation on her Instagram account. In a video posted on photo-sharing platform, the self-proclaimed black Barbie explained what really happened. "You guys, it's not in my best interest not to perform and lose money and aggravate my fans," she began after taking a long, slow drag on cigar. "I love performing for my fans. I'm more excited than you are before the show."

"These two cities that had technical issues were cities that I had never been to before and we tried to add them but they just didn't have the power in the building to facilitate my show," she continued, referring to another canceled show in Brastilava, Slovakia. "And they didn't tell us until three hours before the show as opposed to when we did sound check, they said it was fine."

Nicki concluded, "But anyway, every artist has technical difficulties and has to cancel shows. I wanna tell you guys that I love you dearly and I really hope to make it up very soon."

The two canceled shows are part of her "The Nicki Wrld Tour", her joint tour with Juice WRLD that kicked off on February 21 in Munich, Germany. The European leg will wrap up on March 28 in Geneva, Switzerland, while the two will also hold one additional show in Bangkok, Thailand on April 9.
