Having performed the tribute to the late Queen of Tejano in front of over 55,000 people, the 'Havana' hitmaker takes to social media to thank fans for making her feel loved and supported.

AceShowbiz - Camila Cabello paid tribute to her heroine Selena during a Houston Rodeo gig in Texas on Tuesday night (March 05).

The "Havana" singer belted out "Dreaming of You" in front of an audience of over 55,000 people, and then took to social media to thanks fans for making the night magical.

"Thank you, Houston Rodeo! I went up there and was so nervous, every time I saw a yellow NBTS (Never Be the Same) hoodie I was so relieved lmao (laughing my a** off), thank you for always making me feel supported and loved, i love you guys so much!!!!!! PS, how can I sign up to be a cowgirl?" she wrote.

Country singer Kacey Musgraves, Cardi B and Prince Royce also recently took to the Houston Rodeo stage to pay tribute to the late Queen of Tejano, who performed three times at the Houston Rodeo, including her final appearance on February 26, 1995.

Cardi B has since thanked the late singer for helping her break a record at the venue.

The "I Like It" rapper took the stage at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo at NRG Stadium in Texas on Friday, March 01 to perform for 75,580 people - the venue's most-attended show of all time, and after making history she credited late Latin superstar for her recent success in an Instagram video on Instagram.

Cardi revealed she was so ill with a migraine before taking the stage, she was unable to rehearse, but once she saw a photo of the late Tejano hitmaker backstage, Cardi knew it was going to be a good night.

"Hey guys, I just want to say that I'm honoured for beating the Houston Rodeo show (record)," she said as she pointed at a photo on her dressing room wall. "I was so nervous to perform in front of 75,000-plus people, but when I saw this picture (of Selena)... I knew I was going to be all right."
