'School of Rock' Actor Pleads Not Guilty After Being Arrested for Stealing Guitar

Joey Gaydos Jr., who is known for his lead guitarist role in Jack Black's 2003 movie, is facing larceny and grand theft charges after being busted four times in five weeks for the alleged crime.

Joey, who played guitarist Zack in Jack Black's 2003 movie, has been busted four times in the last five weeks for allegedly stealing music equipment from stores, according to TMZ.

The former actor, 27, has entered not guilty pleas.

It's not the first time he has been in trouble with the law - he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanour charge of driving while impaired a decade ago.

Then 17, Joey was pulled over by cops in Michigan in 2009 after allegedly attempting to drive away from a fast food restaurant while intoxicated.

At the time he fronted a band, called The Joey Gaydos Group.
