Having fronted the 2018 show, the Piece by Piece singer announces on her social media account that she is back for a second stint and promises to 'turn it up a notch.'

AceShowbiz - Kelly Clarkson has booked a return to the Billboard Music Awards, as host.
The singer fronted the big show for the first time last year (2018) and bosses were so impressed that they have asked her to come back.
"I had so much fun hosting the Billboard Music Awards last year that I'm back for more," Clarkson said in a statement. "We're turning it up a notch this year and I can't wait to celebrate all of my fellow amazing artists for another unforgettable night of live music."
Kelly has a busy year ahead of her - she's currently continuing her run as a judge on "The Voice" and she'll host her own daytime programme, "The Kelly Clarkson Show", later this year.
The 2019 Billboard Music Awards will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 1.
