AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Whitney Bischoff and husband Ricky Angel! "The Bachelor" alum took to her Instagram account to make a big announcement to her followers, that she and Ricky are expecting their first child together.
"Sorry I've been MIA, I've been busy growing a little angel for the past 7 months," so she wrote in the caption alongside a picture of her sporting a growing belly. "We are so excited to welcome our little man in May."
The 33-year-old soon-to-be mother added, "As you can tell, Lillie can't wait to be a big sis!" referring to their 12-year-old dog. "Thank you @londonwalderinteriordesign for helping us create the coziest space for our little one."
Whitney and Ricky met back in 2015 on the dating website Bumble. The two then tied the knot in 2017 at the luxury Wequassett Resort on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Of her husband, Whitney gushed, "As soon as I met Ricky, I knew. I was in a very raw emotional state after my breakup. And I could be myself with him. I didn’t feel like I needed to put on a facade. I felt back to normal. It was a very refreshing feeling."
Whitney, a fertility nurse, continued saying, "I've always wanted to get married. I was scared for a while that I wouldn't be able to find that. But I have absolutely no regrets. Everything happens for a reason. And I'm so happy."
Prior to marrying Ricky, Whitney was engaged to former "The Bachelor" star Chris Soules before splitting in 2015.
