During an appearance on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the 'Bad Moms' star stresses that she loves her husband 'so so so so much', but couldn't hide her amusement at his mistake.

AceShowbiz - Mila Kunis has revealed that husband Ashton Kutcher made a pretty big gaffe on Valentine's Day when attempting to surprise her with a romantic gesture.

The 35-year-old actress made the revelations during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday, February 26.

As Ellen DeGeneres asked the star about Kutcher's gift on the big day, the "Ted" actress couldn't hide her amusement at the situation.

"I think we should talk about on Valentine's Day, what you thought..." the 61-year-old host began, as Kunis started to laugh.

The "Bad Moms" store prefaced the story by insisting that she loves Kutcher, 41, "so so so so much," before opening up about his mistake.

"Ashton got me two little lovebirds," she explained, elaborating that their family kitchen faces a tree that's home to a number of nesting birds.

It soon transpired, however, that the "Two and a Half Men" star's efforts had been in vain, as the actor had been sold the wrong kind of birds.

"She informed us that, in fact, we did NOT have lovebirds but parakeets," Kunis laughed. "They're called like, budgies - we have budgies."

Despite pointing out that lovebirds are typically more expensive than parakeets, the model insisted that the couple's children, four-year-old daughter Wyatt and son Dimitri, two, love the new additions.

"They're so friendly ... they're so in love!," she asserted, as Ellen quipped, "Well, it's the thought that counts."

"It's the thought that counts guys, and it's such a beautiful thought," Mila insisted as she wrapped up the discussion.
