AceShowbiz - More details of Kate Major's drunken tirade have emerged. The stepmother of Lindsay Lohan was arrested on Tuesday, December 25 after she allegedly attacked a bus driver in Pennsylvania while intoxicated. Now, a new report reveals that the event went wilder than that.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by The Blast, the former tabloid reporter told police she became upset after the driver missed her stop. She claimed that when she asked the driver about the next stop, the driver assaulted her.

However, the driver begged to differ. She told police that Kate "became verbally abusive" after she missed her stop and demanded the bus be stopped as the bus traveled to its next destination. When the bus arrived at the next town, Kate allegedly lunged at the female driver, grabbed her coat and refused to let go.

The driver admitted she pushed Kate off the bus, but the troubled 36-year-old somehow made her way back onto the bus. Kate later "got into the driver’s seat, and pushed various buttons, while appearing to want to move the bus. There were several passengers on the bus at this time and the bus engine was running. One passenger physically removed Lohan from the driver's seat at this time."

Multiple passengers have confirmed the driver's story. Police officers also noted in the report that they smelled "a strong odor of alcoholic beverage" on her breath as she admitted to have drunk a "few glasses of wine" before hopping the bus.

It was reported before that the estranged wife of Lindsay's father Michael Lohan was a passenger on a Bieber Tourways bus and traveling for the holidays when she drunkenly attacked the driver. She was subsequently arrested and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness.

She was released after posting bail on Wednesday, December 26 and has a preliminary hearing set for January 3.
