Heather Unruh's then-18-year-old son reportedly filmed the event when the former 'House of Cards' actor allegedly groped him in 2016.

AceShowbiz - Police have reportedly obtained a video evidence of Kevin Spacey's alleged assault on a teen. The then-18-year-old son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh filmed part of the attack when the Oscar-winning actor groped him in a Nantucket bar in July 2016, according to a state police report filed with a criminal complaint in Nantucket District Court.

The teen boy allegedly sent the Snapchat video to his girlfriend to prove that his version of the event occurred. The report obtained by Mass Live additionally details that the video showed the 59-year-old actor touching the front of the boy's pants, which his girlfriend has also confirmed.

"[Unruh's son] said the whole thing was embarrassing and has not had a 'profound emotional effect' on him. [He] told his friends about it and makes jokes about it because that is his way," Trooper Gerald F. Donovan wrote in his report, though family believe this may be a coping mechanism. "[He] called the police because he doesn't want what happened to him to happen to anyone else."

On Monday, December 24, Spacey was formally charged with indecent assault and battery for the alleged attack on Unruh's son. He is due to be arraigned in Nantucket District Court on January 7, 2019.

Unruh said during a press conference in 2017 that the disgraced actor purportedly plied her son with alcohol during their meeting in 2016. The ex-reporter admitted her kid had lied about his age to Spacey as he had yet to reach the legal drinking age of 21, but claimed the actor took advantage of the youngster and groped his genitals without consent.

Spacey has yet to directly respond to the accusations, but he released a bizarre video shortly after news of the charges broke. In the YouTube clip, he reprises his "House of Cards" character Frank Underwood, maintaining his innocence.

"I know you what you want. You want me back," he says, as Underwood. "Of course, some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all. They're just dying to have me declare that everything said is true and what I got what I deserved... But you wouldn't believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn't rush to judgments without facts, would you?"
