AceShowbiz - 6ix9ine a.k.a. Tekashi69 is reportedly set to be re-sentenced over a child sex video.
The rapper, real name Daniel Hernandez, pleaded guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance back in 2015, after he was caught on camera fooling around while a naked 13-year-old engaged in a sex act with another man at a party.
He managed to avoid jail time back in October, when he was handed 1,000 hours of community service and four years' probation by the judge overseeing the case.
Tekashi, 22, is currently in federal custody after he was indicted earlier this month on racketeering and firearms charges, and prosecutors for the child sex video case want his sentence to be assessed, according to Page Six.
The rapper was reportedly not in the closed-door conference with Justice Felicia Mennin, prosecutors or his defence lawyer when the decision was made, sources told the newspaper.
His lawyer, Dawn Florio, declined to comment.
